It's nice to see that people are commenting. I've made some friends at the PA computer fair. :D

So anyway, the stickpage competition I had to drop out of due to various events that stopped me from animating.

I just uploaded twilight surface, and people except some people at Spp, being a hack and slash mindless stickfigure site, thought abstract = gay, so I guess they couldn't grasp anything about it. =/

Anyway, the new collaboration from spp I'm working on as much as I can, not being much because it's summer. The due date was 2 fucking weeks ago, and I still can't seem to progress much on it. I've animated the intro, semi-poorly, to get some shit done. The menu I love, myself.

I'm hoping to do more shorts to practice. It's fun. I've recently joined Shiftlimits.com, and they seem pretty cool. They treat me better than Spp. =/

I'll be animating a 3 minute music video, longest duration ever, by the way, planned from august to february. I have the items to work with, what I animate, my work schedule, and all that planned out. The plan is to make it awesome, and I'll be trying to get to that level. Hopefully doing well on NG, too.

Well, I lost the PA Computer Fair yesterday. Hyperanimation got 1st, deservingly, and Mischief Melee got 2nd. I got 5th or something where 4th gets money. I'm a tad pissed that I worked 4 months for no monetary revenue, but thats what flashads are for!!!

I'll be uploading My entry, A Twilight Surface soon. People say it was the best animated one there (probably due to its FBF work rather than tweens), but I'll settle for first next year.

In other news, I'm making good progress on my Stickpage.com animation contest entry due soon. I've discovered the workflow of going by techno music. I've gotten ALOT done in 2 hours while listening to various awesome techno songs by NG artists that I plan to use in my later entries.

So my entry, again, will be on castlevania, and as soon as Zulu, the Stickpage admin, will let me, I'm uploading that onto newgrounds ASAP.

So basically, I'll be busy for the next year. I have quite a few projects coming up that I must give effort into, or else the gods of flash (Fulp, my teacher, Crazy Jay, Jewlu, and Zeus) will all spend every unblinded moment trying to make my life misery and hell.

So here is what I plan to do before I'm off to college:
1. Enter A Twilight Surface in the PA Computer Fair in a week and a half. twill be fun to compete for money with 24 other animators, likely 20 being shit-quality, but with the makers of Hypermation and Nazo and Sonic breathing my air, I'll have some tough time getting past such worthy opponents. Our school placed on states last year with 2nd or 3rd or whatever being against some gay photo slideshow done in 2 hours. I can't wait to have fun with this one.

2. Enter the Stickpage.com Video Game Parody Animation Contest to the site that taught me. It's promising to be my best, longest individual project done to date, and for a bit of time after. The game I have chosen to animate Stick Violence to is Castlevania. I have it all planned, and everything outlined, menued, preloaded, and ready to go! I just have to animate a fucking 3 minute minimum action film with constant burst-into-flames gore and killing dracula. If I go by the simple work plan I've set up, finishing this in merely one month, the due date being June 5th, will be just a few weeks of diligent work away.

3. The Discouragement Kitten Projects. I've been off making a game for the dear old, vulgar-loving, AIDS-loving sister of mine, and over the summer of 08, I'll have enough time to not only finish the game I've been putting off, but make an animation about all 6 of her awesome cats requested by her, and gladly accepted by me. twill be awesome.

4. Next Year's PA Computer Fair.
Likely unlike the makers of Nazo & Sonic and Hypermation, the school I go to along with Slanted has a rigorous competition before going to regionals. This year it was only me and Slanted being the only animators of the school, and the top 2 go to regionals, but now more competition is breathing my air:
-Slanted's friend, and my own, has entered the PA Computer fair not to make an animation on his own, but to team up with slanted to make a powerful 3d piece for next year's competition. They're starting soon I hear. X(
-Another friend of mine this year has won 1st place in 3 subjects of the fair in our school, him and his money are proud of this. In regionals he won 2nd, 2nd, and 3rd in the 3 subjects, not going on to states. (sucks, right? oh well!!!) This guy feels confident from only his triumphs in the school (because the competition isn't up to such quality standards) enough to actually delve into the animation world for 6 months learning THE hardest and most complicated program I've seen out there (MAYA), and expect to get 1st place in every category all across the board. The very fact that he is doing this for just the money as well as the "Pride" you get from winning firsts, though still unlikely to succeed, to try to boot Slanted, me, and/or our friend out of the contest sickens me.
-A freshman is experienced with stop-motion, and is competing next year...

So I'll be doing a big project from the end of summer to the end of school to just try and beat those guys out, and go to states yet again.

From then on, I'll be in Edinboro University, animating with a Cinema Major (if I get accepted).

So that's me for the next year, and you know what? It's all going on newgrounds.com!

I got first place at a big Pennsylvania Ragional competition and qualified for the state competition!!!

I have one month to just edit the whole video to be good enough for the big competition. Once I believe it is finished I will submit it to newgrounds.com!

I got a trophy, and 1st place in States gets $500!!!

I had to close the Twilight-surface.com due to inactivity and suckity. :P

However I am still creating in progression of the Twilight surface animation. It will be done for the Pennsylvania Computer Fair this Saturday. I am looking forward to submitting it to this site. I am wondering what score it will get.

It is one minute long, and you gotta see it multiple times to get it.
